**Job Summary:**
Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the Front of House daily operations of our beautiful Cascades Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant operations, maintaining high-quality customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance restaurant sales and profitability.
5. Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner.
6. Monitor food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
